Be a Guest Writer: Writer Guidelines

Always Believe welcomes all kinds of stories which incorporate inspiration. Compelling positive stories and good news needs an outlet to be featured. Love, kindness, and ordinary people accomplishing extraordinary things may not be particularly newsworthy to most networks. However, to those who have confidence in humanity’s inherent goodness believe shining a light on our good deeds is an indispensible way to spread more light into a world that sometimes appears to be dark.

What amazing things are you doing? Your neighbor? Your company? Your community?

We want to know!

Guest Writers are what makes Always Believe what it is - A community of people wanting to make a positive difference in the life of another. Guest Writers (volunteer) are always welcome. If you have an inspirational story or motivating message to share, please submit your article for consideration.

Writers of all levels are welcome to be Guest Writers.  You do not have to be a professional writer to be a Guest Writer.  We are all capable of great things and writing a short article about your personal experience, knowledge, point of view, or your work is within anyone's means.

To help you with your writing and to help us get your post ready for publishing on Always Believe, we have put together a few guidelines and suggestions for you below. Before submitting your post, please read the following...

Guidelines

  • All posts should be approximately 500 words.
  • Your post must be new and original.
  • Guest blogging is not article distributing so please do not offer the same article to other blog owners.
  • In regards to content, your guest post should correspond to the topics found on Always Believe. If you are not familiar with our topics please become familiar with our blog so our audience will reap the most benefits from your post.  We are here to serve, help, and support one another.
  • Please be modest with links and use them appropriately. A maximum of two links may be contained within your post as long as they are useful to the reader. SEO tags, monetizing tags, link trackers, or affiliate codes in your article are prohibited.
  • Be sure to include all the images you want the published version of your post to include.

You have worked hard to give us great content, so we are happy to promote you in an author box. We want to highlight you, your blog, or any product or service that you have to offer. Bylines should be approximately 50 words explaining who you are and what you do. Feel free to include up to two links. (website, twitter id, facebook page, rss feed, etc.) The author box appears at the bottom of your post, but we will also write a short introductory welcome sentence that will include your main link and will appear at the top of the post. ie: (Always Believe is proud to welcome (your linked name) of (blank) as a Guest Writer this week.)

How do I submit my guest post?

If you have a post that meets the guidelines above, you can email it to H.H. at wealwaysbelieve@gmail.com. Please include the post in the body of the email itself or as a Word document attachment.

Depending on various circumstances, a response can take between 3 to 7 days.

AIways Believe reserves the right to edit the post as needed, for example to fix spelling or grammar errors. We also reserve the right to omit content or to reject posts that are not appropriate for this blog. A final edit will be emailed to the Guest Writer before publishing.

After your post is published, we encourage you to promote your post. You did a great job so share your accomplishment. Guest Writers are also always welcome back at any time.

Thank you for your interest in writing a guest post for Always Believe. We are always interested in having different perspectives shared here and connecting with new people.

Thank you!

By sharing our experiences, we offer understanding and camaraderie in a world that can sometimes seem lonely. We are never alone and we have the ability to reach out to one another using our stories to let people know that. In doing so, we realize we are connected through shared experiences, now and always.
